California State Sales Tax is Charged on Orders Shipped
If you need to change your order, please Email [email protected], prior to the order being shipped. If changes to the order are required, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to make any changes to your order before it has been shipped.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an Email containing the tracking number for your shipment. We ship packages Monday through Friday.
Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically Emailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize credit card information, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price or any other reason as Orange Town Delights sees fit. Please further note Orange Town Delights shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order has been canceled, Orange Town Delights shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase price.
Any personal information given to Orange Town Delights will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Orange Town Delights server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Orange Town Delights does not store your credit card information at any time.
